Here you will find information about our terms and condition and how to shop from us.

1. Purchase

The Purchase agreement is valid when you choose to pay for the item. We will confirm the order via email to you. In the event of any errors in, eg. price, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you can of course choose to cancel your order free of charge.

When ordering reupholstery, payment is made when the work is done.

2. Price & Payments


All prices includes VAT if applicable or profit margin tax unless otherwise stated.


Creditcard :
Payment is made with Payson and is both easy and secure. You can quickly make the transaction via Payson. Payson cooperates with VISA, MasterCard and all Swedish banks that offer direct payments, such as Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB and Nordea.

Payson maintain a high security requirements and is PCI certified by Trustwave, which is an international organization for secure e-commerce. All traffic is encrypted via SSL 128 bits and all card transfers are based on the banks so-called 3D-secure technology.

Prepayment :
We also apply Prepayment by bank transfer. When we have received your order, we will send you a payment document (invoiced) via e-mail. You can then make a transfer of the purchase through your bank.
You do not undertake to purchase the item until payment has been made. The payment must have been registered in our account no later than 2 day after purchase in order for us to guarantee that the item is yours.
We deliver your goods when we have received full payment.
No fees are added when you choose prepayment.

3. Delivery

If you are intrested in our furniture please contact us for special transportation. We deliver all other products thorughout Europe with DHL.

Stock items:
Stock items will normaly be shipped within 3-7 days after we receive your order and payment.


In connection with ordering, we will notify you of the planned delivery time . Should there be any discrepancies, we will contact you via e-mail as soon as we become aware of this.

When ordering furniture, we can offer shipping. After completing the order, we will contact you to arrange transportation.

Method of delivery:

Package – DHL:
We use DHL as a courier. The consignment arrives at your nearest agent, e.g. a nearby grocery store. A notification will be sent out with information on where you can pick up your package. The package must be picked up within 10 days to prevent it from being returned.

Transport responsibility :
If the product is damaged or lost during transportation from us to you, we are responsible. In the event of a return to us, you as the customer are responsible for the goods.

Transport damage :
If the product is obviously damaged at the time of delivery, this should be reported to us immediately.

Condition of the product when buying used goods :
When buying used goods, the price is valued based on the condition and the estimated age of the goods, which is always stated under the product page.

Uncollected orders:
If you do not redeem your package, you will be charged SEK 395 for additional expenses.

Delivery delay:
You have the right to cancel your purchase at no extra cost in the event of a delay towards the promised delivery time. If we become aware of delivery delays of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or telephone.

4. Right of wthdrawal

According to the swedish distance contracts act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In order for you to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product in undamaged condition, in original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return cost

Exemption from the right of withdrawal :
When buying a product that is manufactured especially for you and according to your specific desire, the right of withdrawal does not apply. An example of this is if you order a reupholstery job.

How to make a return :

The payment for return shipping is adjusted in connection with the refund.
Refunds are made primarily to your bank account and within 10 days after we have received and approved your return.

5. Privacy & Security

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information such as name, address and telephone number. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill our obligations to you, such as transport and possible invoicing.
You have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected. You always have the right to request that the information about you be deleted without any special reason.
